Our referral programme lets you invite your friends to shop at Gorilla Grillz and earn rewards for every new friend you bring.
In short:
- Create or log in to your Gorilla Grillz account.
- Go to your referral dashboard to see your unique link or code.
- Share your code with friends via WhatsApp, social media, email, etc.
- When your friend places their first order using your code, they must add it in the cart or at checkout.
- Your friend receives a promotional gift depending on the active campaign.
- You receive the gifts shown in the table for your next purchase over €50.
- Both orders must be over €50 to qualify.
When your friend uses your referral code on their first order:
Your friend receives:
- A promotional gift of small buds or outdoor flower depending on the active campaign.
- They may also receive other promotional gifts if their order meets the minimums.
You receive:
- The reward shown in the referral table for your next purchase over €50.
These gifts may vary depending on active promotions.
The referral code or link is intended for new Gorilla Grillz customers.
A new customer is someone who has not previously placed any order on gorillagrillz.com with that account or email.
Mr. Grillz will keep an eye out for multi-account orders.
- Add products to the basket.
- On the cart or checkout page, enter your referral code.
- Log in or create a new account if they haven’t already.
- Complete the purchase, meeting the €50 minimum order after discounts.
From your Gorilla Grillz account, go to the “Referral programme” or “Invite a friend” section.
- You’ll be able to see friends who have completed an order using your code.
- The gifts you’ve earned.
- Your history of applied rewards.
Your reward is generated once your friend’s order is received and marked as completed.
- Your friend receives the order.
- The order is marked as completed 2 working days after delivery.
- The gift is usually added within around 2 days of the order being marked as completed.
Yes, the gift earned through referrals is valid for 6 months from the moment it is issued.
It depends on the specific promotion, but generally your gifts for referring different friends are stackable, as long as they are different friends.
If the order is cancelled or returned in full, the associated reward will not be generated, or will be voided if it had already been applied.
The number of friends is usually unlimited, although some special campaigns may include per-user limits.
The programme is meant for inviting your close circle. Spam, paid advertising using the brand and deceptive practices are not allowed.
Check that the order meets the conditions: €50 minimum, correct use of the code and a completed order.
If it still doesn’t appear, contact customer service with your email, your friend’s email, the approximate date and the order number if you have it.
