FLASH REFERRAL SYSTEM
1. How does the Gorilla Grillz referral program work?
Our referral program lets you invite your friends to shop at Gorilla Grillz and earn rewards for each new friend you bring in.
In short:
- Create or log in to your Gorilla Grillz account.
- Access your referral panel to see your unique link or code. You can also copy your referral coupon from this page. Share your code with your friends (via WhatsApp, social media, email, etc.). When your friend places their first order using your link, they must include the code on the cart page or at checkout and meet the minimum requirements (order over €50). Your friend receives 5g of free outdoor flower in addition to any promotional gifts at the time of purchase. You receive the gifts shown in the table for your next purchase over €50. Both orders must be over €50 to qualify.
2. What does my friend take and what do I take?
When your friend uses your referral code on their first order:
Your friend receives:
- 5g free of Small Buds for being their first order, plus promotional gifts at the time of purchase on their first order over €50, such as the merch pack, and gifts on orders over €75 and €125.
- 2×3.5g of an outdoor variety.
You receive:
- 2×3.5g of an outdoor variety.
These gifts may vary depending on active promotions. Always check the current terms and conditions in your referral panel.
3. Who can use my referral code?
The referral code or link is intended for new Gorilla Grillz customers.
A “new customer” is someone who has not previously placed an order on gorillagrillz.com with that account/email.
If the person has already made a purchase, the new customer promotion will not apply (although they can continue to shop using other general offers on the website).
Mr. Grillz will be monitoring orders placed with multiple accounts. You’ll also benefit significantly more by accumulating points and gifts with just one account.
4. How can my friend use my code?
Your friend has two options:
Enter your code manually
- Add products to the cart.
- On the cart or checkout page, enter your referral code in the “Referral Code” field.
- Log in or create a new account if they haven’t already.
- Complete the purchase, meeting the minimum order of €50 after discounts.
5. Where can I see how many friends I've invited?
From your Gorilla Grillz account:
- Log in with your email and password.
- Go to the “Referral Program” or “Invite a Friend” section.
- The number of friends who have completed an order using your link/code.
- The gifts you have earned.
- Your history of applied rewards.
6. When will I receive my reward for referring a friend?
Your reward is generated once your friend’s order is received, meaning:
- Your friend receives the order.
- The order is marked as completed 2 business days after delivery.
- Typically, the gift is added to your account approximately 2 days after your friend’s order is marked as completed.
7. Do my gifts have an expiration date?
Yes, referral rewards usually have an expiration date.
The gift earned through referrals will be valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
After that date, the gift will expire and can no longer be used.
8. Can I combine the referral reward with other offers or codes?
It depends on the specific promotion, but generally:
- The new customer discount (for your friend) can be combined with other promotional codes.
- Your referral gifts for different friends, as long as they are different, are fully cumulative.
9. What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
If the order is canceled or returned in full, the reward associated with that order:
Will not be generated, or
Will be voided if it had already been applied.
In the event of detecting abuse or fraudulent use of the referral system, Gorilla Grillz reserves the right to cancel credits and/or block access to the program.
10. Is there a limit to the number of friends I can invite or the amount of credit I can get?
The number of friends you can invite is usually unlimited, but:
- There may be a maximum limit on the total rewards you can accumulate in a given period. Currently, we have a limit of 10 rewards, but we can assess this once someone reaches that amount.
- Some special campaigns may include limits per user.
11. Can I post my code on forums, in comments, or on coupon websites?
The program is designed for you to invite your close circle (friends, family, real followers on your social media, etc.).
The following are not permitted:
- Posting your code in Gorilla Grillz product review sections.
- Posting your code on coupon platforms if it is expressly stated that it is not allowed.
- Paid advertising using the Gorilla Grillz name or its variations (paid search, branded ads, etc.).
- Void any generated rewards.
- Block the referral code.
- Exclude the account from the program.
12. My rewards aren't showing up, what can I do?
If you think you’re missing a reward:
Verify that your friend’s order meets all the conditions:
- Minimum order of €50.
- Correct use of the code.
- Order completed.
- Your account email address.
- Your friend’s email address.
- The approximate order date.
- Your friend’s order number, if you have it.
* Your friend’s order must be over €30, and your order to redeem must be over €50.
* Mr. Grillz will be monitoring to prevent the use of multiple accounts.
